Incidentally, although I will be rooting for the Sox this year, I haven't drunk quite as much of the Curt/Manny Kool-Aid as he or any of the boys over at ESPN have. My predictions:

Angels over Red Sox in 5
Twins over Yankees in 5
Astros over Braves in 3
Cardinals over Dodgers in 4

Championship Series
Angels over Twins in 6
Astros over Cardinals in 7

World Series
Angels over Astros in 7
